The content provided on the Vitara Healthcare website (excluding the secured Patient Portal) is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY. Do not use our Telemedicine services or online contact forms for medical emergencies.

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services provided to you. If you provide insurance information, you authorize us to bill your insurance provider. However, you remain ultimately responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
