What are your clinic's operating hours?
Our physical clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Telemedicine services are available 24/7.
Where are you located?
Our main headquarters and primary clinic is located at 123 Health Ave, Medical District, New York, NY 10001. We also offer comprehensive online services globally.
Do I need a referral to see a specialist?
It depends on your insurance provider and the specific specialist. However, our internal system makes it easy to get a quick evaluation from our general practitioners who can immediately refer you internally if needed.

Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment through our online Patient Portal by creating an account. Alternatively, you can call our reception desk at 1-800-VITARA-CARE.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
